When we've been here ten thousand years;
Bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise;
Than when we've first begun.

So nice to "meet" you! I'm a volunteer advocate for Compassion too! :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Amiee, how old do you have to be to be an Advocate? My Alyssa is 14 I became an Advocate in June. Alyssa loves Compassion and helps me. She can just speak it and I get all tongue tied.
ReplyDeleteSo do they go through the training too?
thanks for all you do.
so thankful I found you,
Teena
Melanie: It's nice to meet you too! Glad you stopped by.
ReplyDeleteTeena: So glad we found each other here in cyberspace!
My Alyssa is also 14. She did have to study the material & do the phone interview with a Compassion Canada staff member. The only thing they didn't give her is her own Advocate URL. We are using/sharing mine. So, we are kind of one advocate unit... with three people in it (hubby too!).
I'm not sure whether Compassion US has different rules?
