More Answers...

Remember the question I had in my previous post --- when the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few, how can God's work be accomplished? God enlightened me some more this morning through my devotions.

This is what I read: "Sometimes it can be overwhelming to think of Jesus sending us into the world to preach the good news. But it doesn't have to be. When we reach out to just one person in Jesus' name, we change the world."

One person at a time! Now, that's doable for anyone, isn't it?

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV) --- “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”

James 1:22 (NASB) --- “But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.”
